BLUE TREE LIFESTYLE DESTINATION
Bluetree Lifestyle Destination – Between 2018 and 2020, Asia Villa Projects undertook a senior consultancy role as part of the project management team throughout the main construction. This phase included the Blue Tree Lagoon and surrounding buildings and facilities, Lifestyle Village, Treehouse, Kids Planet and Arena areas of this expansive project.
When the main construction works were completed in early 2020, Asia Villa Projects were appointed for the project management role for the various additional construction projects and fit outs including additional Civil Drainage Works, Padel Tennis Facility, UTime Gym, Business Hub, Beach Bungalow Bar, Sunset Bar, Made in Italy Restaurant and miscellaneous small retail fit outs. During this period, Asia Villa Projects was also appointed to manage the 2-year defects correction period for the original contractual works.

The newly revamped Blue Tree Phuket arena is the perfect gathering place for a range of activities and events. As a sport it is growing and the game is spreading into more and more countries across the globe year-on-year.
The first version of The Rules of Padel Game has been proposed by the wife of our sport inventor, Mr. Enrique Corcuera.

MADE IN ITALY
Made In Italy - Project Management was provided by Asia Villa Projects for the fitout of this upmarket Italian restaurant that is nestled in the Bluetree precinct
